We can create a schedule for each machine center or work center for each day and shift. We can set the sequence of the job and the system tells us the capacity and load utilisation at the same point of time.

Once the production schedule is prepared, it is confirmed and that becomes the instruction for the shop floor operator to follow for a day on a particular machine/work center.

Operator can see the production orders which have been confirmed by the production planner and they follow the same.

Output Journal for each operator which can handle multiple operators working on the same machine and the same job at the same point of time. Features of starting and stopping setup of the machine, starting the machine and stopping the machine makes it even more easy to use. The interface has been designed in a way that there is minimum data entry by the operator.

After each output recording, a label can be printed which gives information about what is the next operation for a particular output. It also consists of a barcode which can be scanned, and the output can be recorded easily without manual intervention
